On the basis of art. 13 GDPR we therefore inform you as follows.

1. DATA CATEGORIES:
AKA DESIGN SRL will process your personal data such as:

• Automatically collected data. IT systems and dedicated applications of this website, during their everyday functioning, will detect some data (of which transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols) potentially associated with identifiable users. Amongst such data there are IP addresses and domain names of personal computers used by users who connect to the website, the Uniform Resource Identifier addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the methodology used in submitting such requests to the server, the dimension of the response file, the numerical code which indicates the status of the server response (positive, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the operative system, the browser, and the IT environment used by the user. These data are processed, for a strictly necessary time span, for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical data regarding the use of the website and to check its regular functioning. The provision of such data is necessary since it is strictly linked to the navigation of the website.

• Data provided voluntarily by the user. The voluntary and explicit sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated in the different access channels of this site does not imply a request for consent and the possible compilation of specifically prepared forms entail the subsequent acquisition of the address and data of the sender / user, necessary to respond to the requests produced and / or provide the requested service. 2. SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA:
Personal Data processed by AKA DESIGN SRL are collected directly from the interested party.

• Personal data. Personal data are collected by the use of e-mail and online forms. Every time you will visit https://www.akadesign.it, we will collect general information on the geographic origin of the visitors, on their computer systems, but in a strictly anonymous manner. All such data are incorporated in documents that are under the responsibility of the staff of https://www.akadesign.it.

• We collect personal data in order to:

o allow you to get in contact with our staff;

3.1 PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
The processing of your data has as its legal basis the implementation of the contract (letter a.) and the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (letters c. and d.)
a) for the management of the consulting contract and the pre-contractual communications between the user and the Owner;
b) to fulfill the obligations required by law, by regulation, EU legislation or an order of the Authority;
c) to exercise the rights of the owner, for example the right to defense in court.

3.2 DATA PROCESSING PROCEDURE
The data processing will be processed in compliance with the regulations in force and the confidentiality obligations, which the activity of the Data Controller is inspired by. Your personal data are subjected to both paper and electronic and/ or automated processing and any other type of suitable support, in compliance with the appropriate security measures pursuant to Article 5 par. 1 letter f) of the GDPR.
3.3 DATA PROCESSORS
Within the limits pertinent to the indicated processing purposes, your data may be communicated to partners, consulting companies, private companies, if appointed as Responsible by the Data Controller, or for legal obligations, or to fulfill your specific requests. Your data will not be disseminated in any way. The Data Processors and Data Processors in charge are promptly identified in the Privacy Document, updated periodically.
3.4 DATA TRANSFER ABROAD
The data collected are not subject to be transferred abroad the European Union.

The interested party is always entitled to request the Data Controller to access your data, correct or cancel it, limit the processing or the possibility of objecting to the processing, requesting data portability , to revoke the consent to the processing by relying on these and other rights provided by the GDPR through a simple communication to the Owner. The interested party may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority or by sending an email to info@akadesign.it.
3.8 WHEN CONSENT IS MANDATORY
The provision of your data is mandatory during the navigation of our website.
3.9 PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Aka Design S.r.l. states that the collected Personal Data are processed lawfully and accurately, collected and recorded for the purposes stated herein, and used in other operations that are similar to such purposes. Aka Design S.r.l. to put in place all the suitable and preventive safety measures needed in order to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, completeness, availability of the Data subject’s Personal Data.
Your Personal Data are subject to both paper and electronic/automated format processing, for the time needed in order to pursue the declared purposes.
Specific safety measures are implemented in order to prevent losses (also accidental losses), alterations, improper use, illicit use, unauthorized access. Aka design srl will not be held liable with reference to untruthful information sent by the user to the email addresses (e.g.: correctness of the email address or the credit card details, or the address), nor will it be held liable with reference to information regarding the data subject that have been submitted by a third person.
3.10 CONSULTATION, MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF PERSONAL DATA
The data Subject, as required by EU Regulation 679/2016, has the right at any time to obtain from the Controller: confirmation of the existence of his Personal Data as well as their communication; updates, correction, integration, cancellation, transformation, interdiction of data processed against the law, and has the right to oppose the data processing by writing an email to info@akadesign.it.
